Is the RunComfy machine private?

Yes, when you launch a machine, your ComfyUI runs on a private machine dedicated to your session. Since it is private, no one else will have access to your machine instance.

Can I upload my own models/LoRAs?

Yes, you can upload your models/LoRAs securely. All uploaded and generated files are stored in private storage that is accessible only to you. This storage can be used across sessions, allowing you to use your files conveniently without the need to re-upload them each time

Can I install any custom nodes?

Yes, you can easily install custom nodes using the ComfyUI manager. While RunComfy preloads some popular extensions for your convenience, you have the flexibility to install additional nodes yourself.

How to get invoice?

There are two types of payments in RunComfy, Subscription and Add Fund.

Subscription: You will receive an email from Stripe with links to download invoice once you subscribe. If you need to add more information to the invoice, such as Company name and address, please email hi@runcomfy.com for invoice link.

Add Fund: You need to forward the receipt email from Stripe to hi@runcomfy.com and we will provide invoice link for you to edit/download.
